I flew throughout my pregnancy up until my 33rd week. In fact, I found out I was pregnant in Munich. DH and I are living in Ireland and we took full advantage of being over here. While pregnant I went to Spain, Portgual, Germany, Austria, Switerzland, New Orleans, NY, Italy, Hungary and the Czech Republic. The Dr said flying is fine as long as you aren't a high risk pregnancy. Just make sure you stay hydrated and get up and walk around a lot.

I flew at 19-20 weeks and also I'm driving back but flying home at 30 weeks from my shower in a few weeks.

I am traveling with a Doctor's release (but my insurance requires it not the airline.. I need to release so my insurance will pay for my care since if I need anything I won't have a base nearby) and also a copy of my OB records.
