I've asked this question before, but it is time to make up my mind cause I only have 43 days!!!!
Wedding gift for my DH........
I was going to get him a nice Chain with a Cross, which I know he wants and I thought would make a nice gift that he will always remember I bought him for our wedding.
But.....everytime We pass a PC Richards or a Best Buy we have to go in to look at the new SONY 70' LCD TV.....I mean really 70 inches, its like a movie screen!!! But he really really wants it!! I know we will end up buying it eventually anyway.
Is it cheesy to get his a freggin TV for a gift??? I know he would LOVE it, but.......I think 'OOOO YEAY A TV'

I was thinking about doing the Tv also becasue I ownt let him buy it now because we have to pay for the wedding ...i say go for the TV...plus u could enjoy that also

i say go with the chain.. the tv you can buy together another time and then you will buy a different tv in a couple years, that means he wont even have your wedding present to him forever! look for a beautiful cross, it has more meaning and is much more special ! They do love their toys but i think it would be more appreciated. it can even be handed down to children in the future..!

no really I had the same feelings as you on this one, but the girls are right....boys like their toys! I just think he will like the TV more. Maybe I'll do the cross for Christmas!

i guess i'm a little late but i agree with ^. he'll have the cross forever and the tv will be out of date in a few years. besides, you said yourself he'd probably buy it anyway so he wouldn't be missing out on it if you did get it. i'd go for the chain.
