Russo's Brides- ???

Are you having a hospitality for your guests and if so-
how are you wording the invites?

Our hospitatlity is at 6 pm

our ceremony - 6:30

our coctail is at 7

and our party is from 8-1

Are you just putting the arrival time?

Are you saying something like ceremony and reception to follow hospitatlity?

My printer is telling me the less wording the better-
WHAT DO I DO?

I wrote

Cocktails begin at 7 o'clock in the evening
Reception to follow

Russo's on the Bay
Blah blah blah

if I had a had a hospitality hour, i would probably write it under Russo's address, just as a side-note..

I said: the pleasure of your company is requested at a reception following the ceremony.
cocktails begin at 7pm.

If I do a hospitality I will just spread by word of mouth

I'm not a Russo's Bride, BUTTT

My hospitality - 7
Ceremony 7:30
Cocktail 8-9
Reception 9-1

So my invites just say blah blah blah(I forget what they say - but to the extent of come see us get married lol) 7 o'clock in the evening

They won't know it's a hospitality 1/2 hour, so this means they should def be on time for the ceremony!

I'm doing the hospitality hour at Russo's just because there's a butt load of time between the ceremony at the church and the cocktail hour. We didn't put it on our invites, but we're basically spreading it by word of mouth.

we put on a separate card cocktail hour begins at 6 oclock
Hospitality at 4:30PM
