I posted last week about a seller on Esty that I ordered from and paid for my item and then the seller came off of Esty, well I contacted Etsy, Paypal and my bank and none of them are able to get me my money back because the purchase was done in June. That *****.....I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Kamai, i don't care if it was 7 1/2 months ago. someone will be refunding you the money. if you have proof of emails and contact to the seller wanting a refund and all that good stuff, fight for it!
I've never had a problem with Paypal and getting my money back (i'm talking $100's for 1 transaction at 1 point) and other problems here and there. They say everything is guaranteed and secure through them so use that to your advantage

Thats horrible!! Etsy can't do anything. I thought like Ebay they had a policy for items never shipped. Where you can make a case and they will refund.
That's terrible!!! Makes me think twice about using etsy

yes I used paypal and that is connected to my debit card. My bank says that they can not help me once it's past 60days. I ordered it in June. I tried to explain to them that it was a custom order that takes time to make but they said that there is nothing that they can do.

Some times paypal can handle it for you. They helped me out with ebay when that happened. Try that, I hope it works out.
