yes I used paypal and that is connected to my debit card. My bank says that they can not help me once it's past 60days. I ordered it in June. I tried to explain to them that it was a custom order that takes time to make but they said that there is nothing that they can do.

Thats what my bank said. Papay said that they can't help me after 45 days
i know its such crap, its like you try to be nice an dgive the seller some time to make the item and then you get screwed in the end... i hope you didnt pay too much for it, but lesson learned for both of us, im demanding every item within 30 days of purchase if not delievered im starting a case

They said that all they can do is try to contact the seller. So far they are not much help. I love Etsy and I still order from there but I learned my lesson with the sellers. I am making sure that I email them weekly to insure that they still have an active account. This is the first and last time this is going to happen to me.
