My mom just called me to tell me that she had to put our cat, Patch, to sleep today. I knew this was coming. He was very old (almost 20), he'd lost a lot of weight and he was just very frail looking and didn't really move around much anymore. The vet said that he was very dehydrated.
She had told me that she was probably going to do it sometime this week so I did have a chance to say goodbye to him this past Saturday.

FH's family had to put his 13 year old dog down on Satuday. Very sad.

R.I.P. Patch, so sorry to hear this!!!!!! I think everyone has had a cat named patches once in their life time!!!! I am such an animal lover it breaks my heart!!!!

i'm sorry to hear that. Losing a pet is incredibly hard but you have to think of it that they're in a better place now. Feel better
