Well, while I was at the doctors tonight I was weighed and realized I gained almost 10 pounds within the last two months. I am so angry and upset right now. I need to get motivated to lose and tone before my wedding.

deep breath, everything will be o.k. You just have to get focused. You can do it. 10lbs is nothing. I have faith in you. Start now don't wait! Good luck

Don't worry..... if you start now, you will definitely shed the 10lbs in a few months! And you go walkingn don't you?

Re: Sad...
I do walk but for some reason I feel like the weight is not budging even though I am eating right/exercising, etc... Could it be since I am not too overwieight that it is harder for me to lose. I want to be between 115-120 for the wedding which is 3 months away.

You are absolutely right about it being difficult to really tone up and not loose that much weight, especially when your already small, but you want to get closer to 'perfection'.
I know that my body has it's own ideal weight it is comfortable with, around 120...but I am on a constant battle to stay around 110 size 2/4 (I'm only 5'4). It'll probably be a never ending battle...
I found that serious weight lifting (lots of free weights, 3 times a week, one hour each time) really tighten me up and then when I ran, because I had more muscle mass, I burned more calories. And the diet is def. the key....get rid of all complex carbs. It stinks, but that will drop the weight.
Good luck, I'm sure you'll do it!

Re: Sad...
If you don't do wieght training, start now! It WILL work. Get a trainer, if you don't know the basics. Sign up for 5 sessions to learn what exercises to do and when. If you are serious, this is the way to do it.
