So many amazing things went on in 2008, I loved having my wedding countdown.... I'm going to miss that about 2009.
Being married is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING AND WONDERFUL
but I will still miss having my countdown for the big day. This time last year I was so excited about it finally being 2008 and being able to say I am getting married THIS YEAR! .... I miss all the excitement of the wedding planning!
Anyone else feel sad about the end of such a great, eventful year?
I'm excited to EVENTUALLY move on to and start a whole new kind of countdown

I agree. I'm so sad that 2008 a.k.a. 'Our Year' is over. Life can be kind of boring w/ out a wedding to plan. Work, sleep, work, sleep, laundry, clean, sleep, etc.

Iam truly going to miss our year!!! But at least we can say 2008 has been one of the most memorable years ever!! SO many things have happend over the year and we made history!

i'm sad too- was just saying to dh that we dont have anything really exciting planned for this year-last year it was the wedding & buying our coop

I know what you mean. OUR year is over. And it's time for the 09 girls now. it's sad but 09 we will make many more memories!!!

I am so sad that's it's over. I was engaged for 2 years so I thought my day would never come and it came and went. It flew by so fast! I loved planning my wedding so much, I swear I've been looking into wedding planning courses because I'm going to miss it that much!

I'm really sad..I don't know what it is..the weather, the fact 08 is officially over, or stres..but I feel down in the dumps lately

I feel the same....went through like a 'post marital depression'....but very happy to be married and have lots of other amazing things to look forward to

It's still hard to believe 08 is over....but onto 09...we'll have many more memories to make in 09

I to am truly going to miss our yr. it seemed to have gone so fast, were all moving in so many directions since we have gotten married, I am so glad we have the newlywed board for now, and as stressful as all the planning has been I really do miss it. :there were so many wonderful moments, especially on our board.. I hope all my 08ers have very successful blessed marriages.
