Sad and lonely...

I am a 2012 bride and I am so excited to start planning!!! I am torn between getting married in July or September. I wanted July because its nice and hot out and I wanted an outside ceremony by the water but I hate going on vacation in the summer which brought to think of September... Decisions Decisions

sorry!! i've been taking a break on liweddings and planning. lol although everything is pretty much planned and booked, just need a DJ & limos! haha

yay!!!!

I think you should have your wedding whenever you want to have it! Don't plan it around your honeymoon... you can honeymoon whenever you want to!

Either month will be beautiful!!! I love summer and fall!

gooood! haven't booked anything but have been brainstorming a LOT! I can't believe you have done SO MUCH! I meant to FM you the other day to tell you that! THat's awesome. I need to call my wedding planner person from JT and this summer I am going to start booking!

So far I have decided on colors, what I want for centerpieces, flowers... other than that, NOTHING! Oh and I think I know what dj/band I want! YAY!

So far i booked the reception hall and the church. FH and i decided on the North Ritz Club!!!!!!
So excited to start planning!!!!

Wow you guys have booked already and some are almost done? how far in advance do most brides book things? My parents keep telling me its too soon so I went and bought the only thing I could with my MOH - MY DRESS!! I didnt mean to buy it but i just fell in love and it was stuck in my head and then I was told they would be discontinuing it so I just bought it and I'm happy about it. I want to start booking venues and photogs but my parents drag their feet on everything. My mom keeps telling me I'm going to change my mind or find something better. Should I just start going out and looking with my BM's and FH? That way when the parents are ready all we'll have to do is book!?

My mom kept telling me it's too soon and she still does, but so far we have booked the hall, church, photog, videographer, flowers, and I put a deposit on my dress. we are looking into DJs now and plan to book by the end of the month. I dont think its ever too soon to start! thats just my opinion!
