So sorry to hear that. It is such a difficult thing to do. I know what it is like - I had to put my 13 year old cat down last November after a brief illness.

Awww, I am so, so sorry!! I can't even imagine having to do that!!

Awwww I know how that can be. It is always hard. Especially when you have to put all their stuff away like their bed, food etc.

OMG, I'm SO SORRY to hear that!!! I have a doggie myself that is like my BABY! And FH has a dog that just had double surgery this week, so we know how she must feel.

There is nothing that can really be said to make you both feel better..........I am just so sorry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That is the saddest thing. I still get teary when I think about the day we put my family dog to sleep - he was old and sick and it was like 6 years ago, but it was so incredibly sad. And it was like 3 months after 9/11, too. Just a horrible time. to her - it will get better, even if it happens slowly, and she's lucky to have a caring FH to help her out!!

I'm so sorry to hear that. That is never easy. My dog just passed away last Thursday and I am still a wreck.
