saddest thing that ever happned to you

the day i found out my dad died it was something i cant even discribe. i thought i would never be able to get over it and that my world just stopped

when i was away in London and I found out my brother entered drug rehab....and had been going for months, but my parents didn't want to tell me because i was away

When our dog Maggie was hit by a car. My whole family LOVED that dog and it was just so shocking and sad.

When my first boyfriend passed away in a plane crash. I was devastated.

The day my DH and I found out his best friend died...there was a murder investigation and everything (suspected his soon to be ex-wife).

when i was 10 years old and answered the phone to hear my grandma tell me that my young vivacious aunt was killed in a car accident on her 30th birthday

I am about to cry here.. hugs to all of you who lost a parent, sibling or close friend

For me it was losing my grandmother .. we were extremely close, and she was kind of the glue that held our family together.. and it really hasn't been the same since she is gone..

I don't even know what'll I'll do when the day come I lose one of my parents.. I can cry just thinking about it

1 when my cousin Joey who was 25 years old died in a car accident. he would have been 36 years old. he was killed by a cement truck driving his friends car to a wedding he was also in the marines and he was going to be realeased to come home for good also the sad thing is that my father and uncle were mad at each of for years and i lost touch with my cousin, now they are close again. i have my other cousin his sister that i still talk to . i have to call her and tell her what is going on with me.

2 when my dog misty passed away in 99. and my sister's dog dusty that passed away last summer she was my other baby i use to babysit her when my sister went away.

This post is so sad..

I actually have two...

The day my six month old nephew died. He was born with birth defects that would have ultimately lead to his death but when he beat the odds and made it to six months, I got very comfortable of the idea of him being with us forever...not to be. He would have been 12 this year

I was involved in a fatal accident when I was 18 where my car was hit from behind and I hit a fourteen year old boy on a bike who crossed against the light. He died at the scene. I can't even tell you how the memories of that night haunt me every day.

When my grandmother died. She was so close to me, she used to take me to Florida every summer.

I also cannot imagine my parents dying. Although we had a close call with cancer and my dad. Thank God he's recovered.
