so i've started looking at photos and dj's and all the price quotes I get are just numbers and they don't say plus tax....so when it comes to the dj or the photographer do they charge sales tax when you go to sit down???
just trying to crunch numbers and wanted to see where they fall

there is no tax for the music, if you add give-aways, then they can charge you sales tax on those items.

I meet with a photo yesterday and he quoted me a price and he said that he doesnt charge tax

no tax on the bands, but photographers can charge it, some said they would waive it though, of course the one i ended up with charges it, lol. ask each of them, most will work with you.

i saw three photographers and 2 charged tax..the third said that if i pay in cash he wont charge tax
