I am not a fish eater. FH likes Salmon, but when we met the NRC they said the Tilapia in Baby Lobster Sauce is a HUGE hit. I dont care b/c I dont eat fish, but I also know Salmon is the safe choice. FH said he is ok with Tilapia. What would you choose?
I wish I could help. I would go with Tilapia because it is different , but my family would say Salmon because i\ every one knows what Salmon is and most people like it. Then, I would just give in because I dont eat fish!

the tilapia in lobster sauce sounds delicous! I would choose that over salmon.

I'm a big fish person and I llike both!!!! But for me there are people that can screw up Tilapia...Salmon is harder to mess up so I would go with Salmon! XOXOXO Kitty

i love salmon but tilapia is more of a less 'fishy' fish and more people would eat tilapia than salmon. some people are really cagey about the salmon they eat and where they get it from...
i think i would go with the tilapia b/c more people would eat that. i know people that hate fish but love tilapia. i also think it's different, you don't see it on menus all that often.

my friends are getting married at the NRC and at the tasting they had salmon....they all said it was great....but im not a fish eater but i def go w. talpia! its less fishy...so thats my vote!
i thought 1 of the choices was chile and sea bass?! bc thats the best of all 3! (so my family says!) haha

I think that people who like seafood would enjoy the tilapia better thana the salmon. Salmon is always the seafood choice. It will benice to offer something different.

North Ritz updated their menu and the Chilean Sea Bass is now considered an upgrade which means more $$$$.

Talapia Talapia Talapia!! I LOVE TALAPIA!! I just went to a tasting at the Larkfield manor & their talapia was AMAZING!! Talapia is a white, flaky fish that neber tastes fishy-- salmon can taste--- & smell-- SUPER fishy! I think more people would like white fish-- go with the talapia.... and save me a bite!
