My Florist brought me a sample of my MOH bouquet to our first meeting and she will be at the Marriot Expo and told me she will make me my bride bo-k then so I can see it. I can't wait!!! I am so excited to see it!!!!!

I'm kind of annoyed. I called my florist earlier today and he won't do it. I saw a sample center piece..but I would have loved to have seen a sample of the BM bouquet and My bouquet...

What ever happened to satisfying the customer..
