So I got the sample of the seating chart I created and I put it in the frame to see if everything is ok and not getting cut off. It came out great but I do have a few tweaks I need to do to it. The flower graphics are not going all the way to the edges of the frame and FH and I decided it will look better to use 3 pics across the top instead of the one (the center pic will be in color and the 2 one either side of it will be in B&W). Also, I had printed the names both in a script and in a regular font and decided to go with the regular because it's easier to read.
So here is a pic of it in the frame (mind the word 'Demo' in the pic because when I exported it I used a trial version of this program for Power Point which I will have to purchase in order to get it to not say that). Still, it comes out cheaper than if I hired someone to do it for me!
EDIT: I added a pic of how the top will look now with the 3 pics - I know one pic is repeated but I am going to change that do a different pic in B&W - just need to pick one
thank you girls! This is my one DIY project that I am seriously proud of

LOL no no, I just wrote people's names in but the tables listed there are not where they are sitting (I just put any number there so I can get the format correct and then once I know there tables the only thing on here that I need to update is the table number and it's ready to print),

Beautiful! The best seating chart I've ever seen because of the personalization

the frame size is 18x24. I originally was gonna go larger but this size accomodated our guest list size (plus I have to factor in some people I put on there may not even come so that's even less room taken up)

yes this will be instead of doing escort cards. Guests will just look up their name and what table they are at and that's it.

I created this on power point and set the page to 18x24. Then I had to download this tool for power point which allows you to extract and save a slide in a large format (in order for me to be able to print it to this size it needed to be at least 150 dpi and the standard size in power point is 72 dpi which would have come out blurry if I tried to blow it up). Then I found a website (ShortRunPosters.com) which prints posters for $10 which is a very good deal. The quality is pretty great for the price. Besides the stuff I need to fix I am very happy with the way it came out.
