Sand Castle or North Ritz? UPDATE!!! NRC BOOKED!!!

Sand Castle or North Ritz? UPDATE!!! NRC BOOKED!!!

We've been searching for weeks and it boils down to these two halls. Both have their pro's and con's but we can't decide between the two. They were both quoted at the same price.

Any advice would be appreciated!!

i haven't been to n ritz but Ive been to sandcastle. I cant say anything bad about it, I just dont love the area it's in.

NRC looks amazing!

i've been to the sand castle and it's really nice but of course i'm going to have to go w/ NRC since that's my RH!!

ive never been to NRC but my FH bro had his wedding there and he said it was great, food service everything..

when i was younger i used to work at floral terrace and sometimes used to help at sandcastle and i have to tell you that they take alot of care into their food, prep and presentation......

I have never been to North Ritz but the wedding I attended at the San Castle was awesome! The food was really good and I loved the room (HUGE dance floor!)

We're not doing a ceremony at the RH so that's not much of an issue...

SC pro's -
screens all around the room on the walls
honeymoon included
cocktail room much nicer
centerpieces 1/2 price
LED lighting around the room
grand entrace behind the dais

NR pro's -
outside area and neighborhood better
actual set up, cocktail room right across from reception area (at SC the cocktail room is two flights up)
bridal suite bigger
classier room

This is going to make me crazy!!

EDITED to add that SC is a 7 1/2 hour party and NRC only 6 hours!

We are getting married at NRC, so I picked them. I was just there yesterday for a baby-naming, and got butterflies just knowing we are going to be married there in 14 months! The service is great, and the grounds are awesome. Also, we are hoping to have the ceremony there- and I liked their grounds better than Sandcastle for an outdoor ceremony.

i was booked at NRC...before FH & I decided on destination wedding

looks-wise, Id say NRC over SC, hands down

but if the looks are a tie for you...then I'd decide based on food

DEF have a tasting at NRC, you give them 1k deposit, and if you dont like the food they will give you your money back

also, when you're ready to bargain with NRC, they throw in soooo much stuff.... we got the VH for free WITH the extra hour, an extra CH station, a martini bar with ice sculpture for the ENTIRE event not just CH- all for free ( some other things too that I cant remember)

we got discounted seafood bars and 1/2 price surf/turf menu option
