Sand dollar Place Cards

I need help making sand dollar place cards.
Any ideas?

I'm doing them too. Here's a pic of my sample.

I got the sand dollars off of ebay and then I bought ribbon and edging scissors from AC Moore. They're really easy to do.

What size sand dollars are you using?

What kind of paper are you using to cut out the cards?

I got the 4' ones and I just used regular printer paper.

I want to do this too. Any helpful hints or prices would really help. My other idea was to use star fish and tie the names to it..

Here's the link to one of her listings. I think that she's the only one who actually sells them in bulk at a good price. You have to mail her a check instead of using paypal so leave yourself plenty of time to get them.

i saw a picture somewhere online where they wrote directly on the sand dollar with a paint pen and put them in a shallow container filled with sand. i'll see if i can find a picture
