Ok..so FH and I love Sandals and most likely will book Sandals Bahamas. I have a few questions:
1) Is there a particular month that airline rates are cheaper?
2) Would you recommend booking the hotel and airline together? Or can we book the hotel now and wait on the airline rates when they are cheaper?

Re: Sandal/Airline Question
My personal experience with booking trips, I always find better airline deals on my own as opposed to booking it all through the resorts. I take cruises every year and 100% of the time, I've found the plane tickets cheaper than with the cruiseline. One secret to getting good prices is to check on Tuesday night after 1am...I know, weird but my cousin is a Delta exec and he says that most airlines drop their prices in the middle of the week in the wee hours of the morning when no one is watching!!
ETA: As a timesaver and if you just don't want the search hassle, book together. Good Luck either way!

Re: Sandal/Airline Question
I booked right away when I saw that the fares came out. Just checked again and it's over $100 more for the total cost. IMO book it when you see it! I'd try that Tuesday early morning thing though first.
