Sandals Grande St. Lucia ladies...

We are going to be in St. Lucia 10-28 till 11-5th. Are any of you making reservations for dinner now ? Or do you do it when you are there? I wanna make sure I get to go everywhere we want.

i think i am going to make reservations for the first three nights before i go and then do the rest when i get there!

i may also make spa reservations before i go!

I just booked today ...
8 nights in December!!

Holy cow, I didn't think of this! So if we have butler service, we will be OK?

you dont need reservations at the grande- but youll need to book 2 days in advanced for the other restaurants at the other two. Same thing with the Spa, you can pretty much call up when you get there and make and appt.

We stayed in the honeymoon delux oceanfront... gorgeous- but I have come to realize that when on vacations like this you very rarely stay in the room!

thats why we didnt pay for the upgrade. Im sure its beautiful but since money is an object we decided the luxury oceanfront should meet our needs ... so, tell me more about the Grande please ...

did you do any excursions?
or spa treatments???
What do you suggest???
FI and I have never vacationed together so we are too excited!!!

we just got back from the st lucia regency, i would books things ahead of time if you can. we booked the private dinner & couple massage before we went there.

Could I BUT in and ask,,,for some FM on pricing???? that is the place that we want to go and I am trying to get some info so I can budget it in.....

If you g2 sandals.com they will give you a quote. We are going during the holidays so it was more $$$$ - 5600 for 8 nights! Which I think is still good ... airfare would have been around 3,000 but we were given miles and only paid $59 for the both of us. But like I said its cheaper when you dont go in december! Contact Leslie at Travel Solutions - she was great to work with!

The Private Beach Dinner is $160

Did anyone do that? It looks great!! We have to try it!

and the 40 min massage and 40 minute exfoliation is $165 each ... i think Im going to book a 4:00 appt for FI AND I and a 7:30 beach dinner! Sounds like a treat!!

Are they still doing the $250 spa gift certificate promotion? They were when we booked. I reminded my FH repeatedly that he had to make sure that they were giving it to us! That's a lot of money for spa treatments. I told my FH, 'I don't know what you're going to be doing when I'm in the spa, but don't go far...' Not really, I'm looking forward to doing a couples massage.
