We choose Couples because it was adult only. I don't rememeber if Sandals was that way or not where we went.

I have been to Sandals and Couples. I thought Couples was a lot better because it was more quiet and private, and the beach was a lot better.
It depends on what you are looking for. I went to Couples Negril, and I went to the Sandals Grande.
