i am not sure abotu st lucia but we went to ocho rios and royal carrieban and all the food, drinks and onsite activities are included (watersports, etc) but usually anything offsite is not included...not sure abotu horseback riding but a firend of mine rememebrs it not being included!
When you get there, they give you a booklet with all sorts of activities listed. They are all extra. Usually somewhere between $40 and $100 per person. We did the horseback ride($65 pp) and the rainforest mountain bike tour($60 pp). Do not do the lunch included horseback ride if you do it at all, you just sit around for an extra two hours, there is no extra riding time. The spa is also extra ranging anywhere from $50 to $200 for services, we did get a couples massage for $150, it was really nice. All told we spent about $400 over the amount prepaid. Scuba diving is included and bus rides to and from the other Sandals are included. The golf is a few dollars also, I believe it was $5 for the caddy(you have to have a caddy) and $25 or $35 for club rentals. They also have all kinds of activities at the resort for you to participate in during the day, pool volleyball, horseshoes, treasure hunts, etc.
