How was the wedding cake and what is the process to order it. My banquet manager said like a month or so before the wedding you chose it but I wanted a huge cake so are the amount of tiers based on the amount of people if so how many tiers would I get for 230. I want to order crystal ribbon for the cake so I need an idea of how big it's going to be
