SandCastle Brides!

We checked out a bunch of places and right now Sandcastle is our top choice... would love some feedback for those who either are booked or have had their wedding there!

Also, how is their house DJ? And other things that they offer?

I am getting married there next March and i can't stress enough how much i love it there. aside from the food, decor and the fact tst its hat its one wedding at a time, the service and hospitality amazes me. I would highly recommend booking there if its something you can afford. Their house dj genesis is great, i am not certain that they are in my budget but i havent officially met with. them, i spoke to them at a showcase andmet with them at my tasting. if you have any other questions, please feel free to fm me

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE SAND CASTLE!!! We booked there about a year and a half ago and we didn't look any further after SC. They really go above and beyond for their couples.

We also booked Genesis and they are great! They have the built in surround sound which is great, and I love the MC that will be at my wedding (Fabio!). They are a great group of guys and are very reasonably priced (with lots of add ons if you want). I would recommend talking to them at a showcase or make an appt. to talk with them.

Sand castle is the most amazing hall on earth! Haha. But seriously, they continue to blow me away every time I go there and we have been booked there for over a year. The food is delish - blows other halls we tried out of the water! The staff is super friendly and accommodating and we love Loula! Obvi, the decor is fabulous.
We are booked with Genesis as well. Before we heard them perform, just the benefits of using them were enough alone to choose them. But, I love their personalities, their style and what they have to offer. Not to mention, their prices were def better than I predicted
Yea, you should just book sand castle...

I booked Sandcastle! (Woohoo!) But I called my church to try and book and they said the priest would probably call in a week or longer....

Is this what usually happens?

Yes that happened to us too! He called me put me in the book and now we talk to the deacan about PreCana~

Yay SandCastle!!! I love it there soooo much! Once I went there I didn't look anywhere else either, I just fell in love and knew I had to have it. I had to wait a little longer for it but it is worth it.

Are any of you renting the centerpieces that they have? I got those and added the martini bar show thing. Debating wether I want the chocolate fountain or not still.

I haven't seen Genesis in person yet, I think I am going to their mini showcase on the 7th to see them, but they do have their own sound system built into the room which is convenient.

Do any of you have any quotes from Genesis?

Also in the contract it says that you can add extra fresh flowers to the centerpieces and extra hanging candles. I am going to ask florist how much they would charge to add flowers to the centerpieces and I can get the hanging candles myself if I decide I want them

absolutely obsessed with the sandcastle. It was the first hall i looked at. I forced myself to look at two others because i thought to myself, is it really possible to just fall in love with the first place i went to! Everything about the place is everything i have always dreamed of.

My friend went to a wedding there a few weeks ago and said it was amazing. Just one thing....she said the martini bar did not come out until more than halfway thru cocktail hour...and that by then the line was forever long. So i plan on making sure as soon as cocktail hour kicks off it comes down.

I booked dream dj entertainment for my DJ. They are beyond reasonable...cheapest prices around and they are awesome.

Ditto to all!!! LOVE LOVE SC!!!! Can't wait to have my wedding their next year. We also booked with Genesis. Fabio and his team are wonderful and will accomodate your every needs. You can build up your package depending on your budget and the fact that they use the surround sound was a no brainer for us but everyone has their own opinions and budgets. We are def Using their CP's love them!!!! Thanks for the tip on the Martini Bar I will make sure that i tell them i would like it set up at the beginning of my CH as well.

Has any one that has been to a wedding their mention anything about their 'Viennese Hour'? Just curious!!

Love to see how many 2013 Sand Castle brides there are!! We absolutely fell in love with it the minute we walked inside...and we had looked at about 12 RH's that weekend.

I'm going! I'm bringing one of my FSIL's with me. Do you have to RSVP or anything? My BM told me I should skip this one and just come to the big one in June but I was like AAHHH Hell no, I'm not waiting that long! lol I would never pass up the opportunity to go there
