what activities are included in your stay? Are they unlimited?? How does this work?
What is not included that you may want to do but pay extra for?

im pretty sure it includes everything but motorized sports and any excursions you go on... thats usually how sandals work

Water sports are included with the exception of jet skis (so water skis, kayaks etc.)
excursions are extra...but when we went, they were doing a shoot where they needed everyone to be off the beach and out of the pool so they paid for 2 excursions for us!
