Did you tip the maitre'd in addtion to the maitre'd fee? Did you tip the waitstaff in addition to the service charge? Did you tip the valet?
Who else do I need to tip and how much? Thanks, I'm a week away and starting to get really nervous....

Don't be nervous! They will handle everything for you. It was really stress free for Scott & I.
At SS, we only tipped Nargis (the matre'd) on top of what was included in the contract. I'm not sure what DH gave her.
That day we also tipped dj & ceremony musicians, officiants, limos and florist (when he dropped off personals at my house). I think that was everyone. I made out envelopes in advance and that way it was really easy.
We both thought the other had tipped the photographers & videographer, but I found the envelopes in a bag at my mom's, so I dropped those off this week.
Good luck! The food was really good. We had a great time at our wedding. I hope I get to go to a wedding there sometime to see it from the guest's perspective.
