My bridesmaids are trying to plan a Sex And The City themed shower for me. Do you ladies have any ideas I can pass along to them??? I want fuschia and black for the colors!!

There are two 08ers that had SATC showers. One of them is PoeticJustice and the other one i forgot her name. Its funny cause the girl used black and fushia for her colors as well.

ok well u def have to serve cosmos,u can do like a trivia game to see who knows the show best,u can have the show playing on mute while the shower is going on or u can even go as far as dressing up as ur fav girl or getting those t shirts that say im a samantha im a carrie etc etc or if u can somehow make a pin the kiss on big game lol...sorry thats all i got hope it helps
It's a cute idea, I love the show, but I'm not sure how to make it into a themed party other than serving Cosmos and decorating with Manolos lol.

I threw a SATC party a couple of years ago and did something cute - In honor of Carrie's 'Carrie' nameplate that she always wore on the show, I made 'nameplates' on the computer and printed them saying Carrie, Miranda, Samantha, or Charlotte. They were small and really cute. I punched a hole on each side on the top and strung them on a piece of pink ribbon long enough for a choker type of necklace but not too long. When each girl arrived they had to choose the necklace of the character that best described them and wear it. It sparked a lot of great conversations, especially with girls who didn't know each other and everyone got a kick out of it!
