Has any one sent out save the dates and then still had poeple that cant make the wedding >??

sure----there are some people that have a conflict with the date and just becaues you let them know in advance that your wedding is on a certain day, there may be nothing they can do to change their conflict.

Absolutely....I have a few sick relatives that I know weren't sick when I sent them out last December, won't be able to attend now. My friends from out of state may try, but I have an idea they can't come and some people that just had babies, they can't get a sitter for the day. Believe me when I say, I need more no's than yes' right now.....
