Hi Girls... need some opinions for my save the date card....
My photographer is in the beginning stages of putting everything together - hubby and I decided not to do a save the date with out picture, so it will just have a graphic of some sort... -
For the wording on the card, I have our names, the date, and 'formal invitiation to follow'...
Am I missing anything??? Should I be putting the location of the reception hall???
Any suggestions? opinons? please help!

Definately put your last name!!
We got one in the mail a few months ago and it did have a photo but no last names! I had no idea who it was until DH came home and said it was someone from work-- I would have known if the last name was there!

We just had our 1st names & it had our pic...we didnt have any problem with it to the guests we sent out to. Attaching a copy - It's a little blurry b/c the camera I took it w/back in Jan was my old camera & didnt take the best up close pics...

Just a suggestion, but if you've blocked your hotel you may want to include the hotel info (I just included the generic card the hotel gave me) so people can call and get the rate or book in advance if they want. I only sent the hotel info in the STDs to anyone out of state so that they could make arrangements or plan. My invites go out this weekend and more than half my OOTers have made their hotel reservations which also me figure out that i needed to block more rooms.
If you don't have the info yet, no worries, but if you do it's something to consider.
