Nope just 1st names but then again all of ours only went to close friends and family (they already know our last names)

I'm going to do our first and middle names. My FH is a JR and goes by his middle name so I'd feel wierd if it wasnt there!

We will put first and last names. Just cause some of my extended family may not know his last name and the same with his side.
