I am getting ready to send out save the dates and had a quick question. We are inviting all of our guests with dates....but do we address our save the dates envelopes this way? I am concerned about the people who do not have a significant other.....any advice?

Re: save the dates
When I sent mine out I just sent to to the person only, the wedding invitation will say & guest.

if i knew the persons significant other i put their name on it too, but only if i knew them well. if i didn't it was just to the friend or family member.

I agree.
I'm also doing this, but to a degree. If it's a couple that live together, or a couple that does not live together, I'm just addressing to the main guest. But if it's multiple couples living under the same roof, I'm just addressing to the X family, as opposed to Mom, Daughter A, Daughter B, Daughter C. One house, one fridge, one magnet LOL.

Re: save the dates
Just the name. Or if more than one person in the same household, I addressed the STD to 'The Smith Family'. STD's are informal and 'and guest' is usually just for the formal invite.
