Sorry ladies, I just couldn't bring myself to write 'STD' as the post subject. Anyway, after debating whether or not to send them out we decided to go ahead with them and began researching some ideas. We want to do something a little different, but can't seem to find much beyond the bookmark/magnet suggestions (which we do like). What did you guys do? Any good suggestions?

i guess it depends on your theme some people do movie tickets some people do a cd with a slide show, i am doing magnets, i haven't done mine and i haven't looked into stds but i guess that's what i've seen so far

I'm doing a card with a magnet, but my friend had a cute idea, she did a card with a sticker that you can put on your calendar.
I've also heard of scratch off lotto tickets that when you scratch it it has the info under it.
And a someone else did a post card (no envelope needed)

I'm doing magnets however if i had a few extra dollars i would go a key chain save the date.

We went to a wedding last year and their save the dates were corkboard coasters. They were really cute!

FH and I are going to a wedding 7/19/09. The Bride and groom went to myownlabels.com and their STD's are coasters.
