Save the Dates

How early should I send out STDs? I have a lot of out of town guests coming and I know that June is a busy wedding month.

I would send them as soon as you can. The earlier the better. Better to give people too much time than too little.

I sent them out at the year mark. It gave people plenty of time to know when they should book their summer vacations.

I think if you have a lot of OOT guests 1 year is safe for them to bookmark vacay time, save for hotel/airfare/bbsitters if nec/etc.

If you dont have that many I think 9 months is good

We will prob do 1 yr b/c 1/2 my fam is in Fla.

Just mailed them out last week which was the 9 month mark...half of our guests are OOT

I sent mine out around the 11 month mark. If you have a lot of OOT guests I would do a year.

We sent ours at 9 months. We have a ton of OOT guests

i sent mine out the first week of december

I sent ours out 10 months in advance. I wasn't going to do them but we are getting married on a holiday weekend.

I just sent mine out last week. I think its usually a year in advance.
