Save the Dates

Hello, ladies! I just ordered our Save-the-Dates! YAY! Can anybody give me advice on addressing them? I don't want to put them on a label, but I also don't want to hand write. Is a printer the best option? Thanks! How should I write their names? Formal or informal?

If you don't want to use labels or hand write, the printer is your only option! I addressed them formally, but stds can can be whatever you want them to be.

Make sure you order extra envelopes and practice printing them. I was too scared to print on the evelopes directly so I made labels and they looked really cute. As for addressing people's names, I think we did all of them formal. FH did them so I'm trying to remember if he did Mr. or Ms. for our friends. It's really up to you.

We did the addressing on the envelopes formal and we also did one per household. We did magnets and people only have one fridge.
We did the labels, and it was so easy. Took about 15 minutes to stuff the envelopes and add the labels. I recommend doing labels, makes life so much easier.

I printed my own labels, and my return address labels, even added a bride and groom silhouette to the return labels..so easy and cost effective!

we did labels but it was tough to line them up perfectly on ours (postcards) so we ended up having to do a couple over...

I ordered an extra 20 envelopes for mistakes. Hopefully I don't go over that!! ;)

for our actual invites they said extra 10% for mistakes and 10% for the calligrapher

that's an extra 30 or so for us

I printed my own.... i did clear labels (Avery brand from Staples) with a script font...avery has templates or they have an online program that walks you through the steps. it was very easy and they turned out really nice. Much better than handwriting haha

I handwrote mine really informal... I put nicknames and not even last names half the time. I wont do that for the invites though....

Thank you! I've been testing work envelopes but I can't quite get the hang of it. ;/ I think it's becuase they're small.
