Just wondering if I need to send out my hotel information along with the save the dates or if it can wait until the regular invitation? We're getting married next aug, I'm so confused!
For the weddings I've been invited to the hotel information was with the Save The Date. I intend to send out my hotel info with my STD because I have a lot of OOT guests, and can only block a certain number of rooms at a time. I'm worried they'll run out of availability by the time I send my invitations.
Isent out info. on the hotel with my save thedates... i have a lot of OOT and overseas guests. you could go simple and just give them the name and number of the hotel and the cost of the room. more specific info. can be sent with the invite.
I sent out my STDs with the hotel info as well:)
I sent out my STD with the Hotel info and a poem letting guests know we will have a bus incase they are iffy about the hotel.
I am sending the hotel info with the save the dates. I want them to book a room as soon as possible. Then I will know if I need to block more rooms.

We ordered the Magnets and then bought specialty paper at Staples and are going to type out the hotel information on that, we have the hotel information on the website but not everyone is going to look at the website.
I sent out the hotel info with the STD and I am also sending it out again with the invites...HTH
Thanks girls.. I think I might just add a note about rooms being booked at the hotel and then place the direction card from the hotel in with the STD card.
