I saw one of the houses that I was interrested in...just got back. Unfortunitly, the owners never showed, so I was only able to look through some windows wth the real estate agent. HA. But it's sooo cute. Nice cozy ranch - 2 bedrooms. We'd need to get a fence if we wanted it though b/c FH wants a dog, and the whole backyard fence fell a while back, so no one replaced it. I'm waiting for another agent to call me back about another house that is close to where I live right now. It's only a one bedroom, but I think that we can survive for one year with only one bedroom. LOL. I hpe I can go to see that one as well today. Plus it's cheaper! lol. And, I think FH will like the location better due to the situation of him not having a car - and not having to inconveient his Dad. We shall see. Please keep fingers crossed for me. Yaay!

Awww thanks. I'm hoping so... My next appointment is at 2:15.... FH is still working so I guess I'm going to this one alone as well. Ah well. LOL

Good luck! FH and I drove around looking at houses yesterday, to see what an X dollar house looks like in person, and let me tell you, we came back almost in tears it was so depressing. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you!

FH and I are in the process of narrowing down our choices for school districts in our price range, and let me tell you, $350-400K doesn't buy as much as you would think in many, many cases!!! Good luck to you!!!!
