Say Goodbye to 2007 and HELLO 2008....

Dear 2007,
Thank you for all the things I have learned and showing me who people really are. Thank you for the tears because after they were over i was stronger. Thank you for the love and support from my family. Thank you for taking away my grandfather and FH's grandmother because I know they are in a better place and God is in control. Thank you for getting my butt in gear to go back to school for my Masters. Thank you for the bond between myself and my best friend, my heart, my partner, my fionce.

Dear 2008,
I have a lot of goals this year and I'm looking forward to paying off all credit cards, buying a house, losing this weight, toning up, passing my teachers exams, and selling my co-op for a huge profit to put money down on my first home.
Let go of the past and look forward to the future

dear 2007 its been an up and down year...positives for the engagement and for me quiting smoking and for loosing a lot of weight...negatives...being sick, loosing a loved one, and many other depressing sh*it

to 2008 PLEASE bring me good health and strength to finish school and for my father too book my wedding hall

Dear 2007:

So many wonderful things happened to me during the last 12 months. I got to take two well deserved vacations, if I do say so myself. I got to go to Disney World for the first time !!! I graduated college and had the best party to celebrate it. I got my finances in check. For the most part, my parents, grandparents and loved ones are all alive and well. I got two brand new nieces. Best of all, I finally realized that I want to be with my munchkin forever! He is the sweetest, most caring, and genuine man to ever be a part of my life.

Although I lost someone dear to me this year, I try not to be sad because she wouldn't want to see me that way. She was always laughing and looking for good times. Hopefully 2008 will be filled with just that, good times, and beautiful memories.

2007 the bad: Starting the year with 5 grandparents and ending it with 2.
2007 the great: Getting engaged and planning our lives together.

I can't wait to say goodbye to this year. We all have a lot to look forward in 2008 and 2009.

Dear 2007:

F**k you 2007! I thought nothing could be as bad as 2006, but you somehow managed to top it! Let's see, my best friend died, in his grief her husband started to stalk me, and I was diagnosed with cancer. Thank you so very much you f**king a$$hole. Good riddance!! You are a part of my past and I intend to KEEP you there FOREVER!!!

Dear 2008:

I'm sooooo looking forward to welcoming you in. I know in my heart and soul that this is the year that I will finish all my treatments and go into remission and get back to the game of living a healthy and rewarding life. I'm so blessed to have a wonderful FH and family and friends to share this life with. It is definitely a new beginning for me and I look forward to it!

Goodbye 2007. You were DEFINITELY better then 06, but had your moments. However, this year sealed the deal that I will spend the rest of my life with the man I love more then words.
2008- You will bring me my second nephew or niece along with lots of wedding planning. I hope you are as good if not better then 2007.
