Say WHAT?

I love my job.

Really - I do.

I love the people I work with. I love my team.

But we are not insulated from the world. We have to deal with outside contacts.

One of these outside contacts fills me with frustration on a daily basis and I am ready to hurt someone because of her.

Here is her latest e-mail to me. I swear I have NOT changed this at all:

'The date of the 19th, which was the date requested did not generate the reports that you have requested. I requested the same reports that have been requested by you from me from the 12th today. See requested reports attached as requested.'

I think she eats Stupid for breakfast.


Yeah... I forgot to mention that she is in management with one of the largest companies in the banking world. She does have a Masters in Finance.

She does sound real stupid. I always have to wonder how people like that end up with jobs where they have to interact with other people...

Holy crap. That's all I can think of saying to that. WOW.

I will never use the word 'requested' again. It has been overused in this email so many times that I shall consult a thesaurus, even if I sound pretentious with whatever word I come up with!

I think many politicians prove that education can mean nothing a lot of the time, they all attend Harvard, Yale, Princeton...
