Does anyone have one? Also, if you did a donation did you give a little something like candy or something as a favor?

How about:
In lieu of traditonal favors FH & I have made a donation in your honor to (insert charity name here) . Like all of you, this is a cause near and dear to our hearts. Thank you for helping us help others.
If you want to give a small candy favor in additin to the donation I think that is fine.

we are doing donations:
in lieu of traditional favors we have made a donation in your honor to the american cancer society and the lupus foundation
thank you for being a special part of our wedding day.
we are also doing a candy bar. 10 kinds of candy 10lbs each candy
so 100 lbs of candy for 180 people

In lieu of a traditional favor, we have made a donation to North Shore Animal League, the world’s largest no-kill animal rescue and adoption organization. www.nsal.org Please use this bag to fill up on some sweet treats from the candy buffet for your trip home!
We put a sticker on paper bags for each place setting, and then had a candy bar!
