It starts at 7p. Hope you can go!!!

It was good!! But there was one thing that really bothered me (besides not winning anything lol)

On the pro side, Genesis Events TOTALLY changed my mind on DJ's. As you all know, I was dead-set on having a band bc a DJ reminded me of a block party- well they were absolutely phenomenal!! I really don't know what to do now!!!

The one huge disappointment was Royalty Limousines. This was a big reason why FH and I went, bc we don't have any flower or limo ppl in mind yet. Well, I went up to the booth and the guy there was really friendly and said 'when is your date?' I said May 2013 and his attitude totally changed. His response was 'Oh, that's really far away. I guess give us a call when it's closer' AND WALKED AWAY!! Didn't hand us a card, a brochure, NOTHING!! I thought that was so incredibly rude!!! If that is the kind of person that you send to a showcase to represent your company then that is not someone I want to deal with at all- so I can scratch them right off the list!!

There were 3 photo people there and I'm glad Patken was there bc we're meeting with them today and their books were great!! Wasn't impressed with some of the other ones though.

They had hotel reps there and Vienna was great!

The flowers were also really nice- so many choices!!

They also had a company called Fairy Tale Affairs and the favors, invites, etc. that were there were VERY impressive- I'm definitely gonna check them out!!

Overall it was a really great showcase and I'm glad I went!!

Genesis was there the last time I went and so was that limosine company and u are not going to beleive me when I tell u, I was told the same thing regarding the date I had two glasses of wine at that point and was really taken back by that and I told him ' Thats actually fine bc i wasnt coming to your booth ( which I wasnt) I already have a limo company I want to go with, Camelot Joe is a doll thanks' he froze!!!!

Last time i saw royalty was at PWP showcase at chateau briand. I tried to speak to the man to make an appt and he told me to call them in a year bc prices change (duh! thats why i want to look sooner) and bc the limos change. I personally dont care about the limo bc its a drop off at SC and no one will see it. So after that i was kinda over them. I didn't see a booth for camelot last night but after showcase i ran around back to find them and i did. The manager, Jill, set up an appt with me right away and was very nice! I hear great things about camelot anyway!
Mini half checks- spoke to Genesis and I am going to book the percussionist and the photobooth with them too!
That was the first time i saw the veranda set up for a ceremony. I wept!
