Ok..let's just chalk this up to misunderstanding, or miscommunication and move on. All the ladies on here are wonderful people, and I'd hate to see a misunderstanding create such a rift. You're right - it's a public forum - and yes, I did direct it to one person, but maybe because I figured others could benefit from the info and may have my same questions - there are many of us on this site concerned with nutrition and diet. If you have some info to share - great! But I did not appreciate a semi-rude answer and no help. I'm sure if she wanted to she would have done the research herself. She was just asking Scott a question. I think the way you went about answering it was a little sarcastic.
Again, it was not meant to be rude. The comment was in reference to the thread where I was saying that onions and carrots have just about the same amount of carbs. I posted the link for her to look it up.
