We noticed that too, and were trying to figure out what connection he had to the family to get an invite to the private ceremony. I tried to do some searches on the net to find one, but nothing turned up.
Our thoughts were that it could be one of the following:
He's a staunch Republican and had been very involved with the Library.
He's very involved with either the Reagan Alzheimer's foundation, or in fighting Breast Cancer with Nancy
He's dating Patti but they did not want it to be so public that he was by her side.
What do you all think - how did he end up there? It wasn't open to just any Hollywood Celeb who wanted to be there...
