Scotto Bros--CB brides and the Insurance for vendors

For those that are going to have live entertainment for the cocktail hour, are the vendors still required to provide insurance even if they are only there for 2 hours max?

I think everyone needs to be insured. As they told me, people are lawsuit-happy and if someone gets hurt on a vendors equipment or due to a vendor's negligence, it will cost everyone money (including you)

Everyone needs to be insured. You can call Perfect Wedding Planner when it gets closer to your date. If the band has performed there recently you may not need them to send updated information!
