I think it's a cute 'extra' to give. I'm not sure I would only give the scratch offs.

My friend did, but the problem was the people OOT couldnt get their $$ won.

I think they are cute, but I would also get something else.

P.S. my friend had a cute idea. She went away and say the penny presses that she got done with hearts saying good luck. I think she got it in Maine. She they taped one to each of the lotto cards. Everyone though it was cute.
