sealing invitations???

For those who have finished their invitations, how did you seal the envelopes?

I tried a glue stick and also a sponge but I ended up licking them all lol they sealed so much better

sealing invitations???

Use a good quality brand glue stick, like elmers. Do not buy cheap brand. Rub glue on envelope seal about 2 times then close, place it under a heavy book. Works like a charm.

Oh a glue stick was smart lol I bought a cheap envelope sealer on Amazon that I jut fill with water. It worked well.

I licked them and used a silver 'love' circular sticker to make them pretty

We will be doing that this week actually. I just finished putting together the invitations last Thursday and this week we will be sealing the invitations with a wax seal and most likely use a glue stick for the envelopes.

We ended up buying an envelope sealer from staples... worked like a charm

I think that I just licked them. lol My husband did the sealing and I did the stuffing though. But I'm pretty sure he licked.
