sealing invites

How are you or how did you girls seal your wedding invitations?

I know some people just use a monogram no sealing?!?!? I don't know if I want to put a monogram on the invites !

I was told to seal mine with an invisible glue stick. They came out perfectly.

I sealed mine with a damp paper towel. I was afraid to use glue, because I thought it might stick.

i sealed mine with glue...and they still opened.. i would do a test! just in case.... it was a nightmare

I used Elmers glue stick! Worked like a charm!

regular glue stick!

I would NOT recommend using the liquid envelope sealer that is meant for envelope sealing... too wet and makes that part of the envelope look like it got wet & wrinkled.

The envelopes for the invites we want are self adhesive. I'm still not sure whether I am going to put a sticker though, if I do I don't think it will be our monogram. It may just be hearts or a cross.
