Seals for invitations made from hot glue?

People were talking about making the seals with colored hot glue, but where would you get it? and hwere would you get the hing to make the impression in it.

I went to Michaels last night, but they only had glitter hot glue in silver and gold, is this what you would use?

I don't think it's hot glue you use. I know you can use wax. A Michaels or a statonary store should be able to make the stamp for you.

I think it's wax sticks that you use in a hot glue gun. I think any stationery store that sells invitations will have the seals.

I goy mine from Michaels(Fantasyland also cares them). It is a mini glue stick called Faux Wax Stik. I used a plain silver(not glitter) & there were several different choices). I also got the stamper to actually make the seal itself. They came out great! I wish I could post a pic, but my computer has some ongoing issues(it won't plug & play my digital camera or scanner).

You can use wax BUT it's more expensive and it'll literally break and crack off when mailing..

I used colored glue sticks from www.fauxwax.com..

I got the metal stamp at Pearl.
