Seamstress for FG dress?

Can anyone recommend a good seamstress out in suffolk country (around riverheard.. or close surrounding areas)
We ordere the dress at RK bridal but i dont think they will be able to do alterations..besides my FG lives out on the island and it may be hard for her mom to get her here...
i dont want her to spend too much..she will probably just need the length taken up a bit and a little on the waist..
do u think a local dry cleaner can do it??? It's a very simple dress..
