seamstress in queens or Nassau

I ordered my dress from rk bridal today. But I wanted a floor length and the dress has long train. They said removing train would consider custom tailoring and would cost more than 450 (which I thought is wayyy too much).

does anybody know any good reasonable seamstress in queens or Nassau area? TIA
