Seamstress needed!!! Helppp

Hi! A close friend of mine found a dress that she wants to wear for her Canciun wedding, buts its brand new Michael Kors from his 2005 couture resort line and its a bit out of her budget at this time..the lady at the store suggested she have it made..so does anyone know of a seamtress in NYC who can make things froma picture? My friend works in NYC and lives in NJ! Thanks so much!!!
