seamstress suggestions please

I bought my dress off ebay and love it. It needs absolutely nothing done to it, except for the bustle. I currently live in Calgary, Alberta, but will be on LI (Suffolk) for a week in July. I don't want to spend a fortune to have it bustled.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
